Hans is the mentor of BK Group, and has played a significant role in its substantial growth and rapid development. Backed by almost 30 years of vast experience in a myriad of subjects as accounting, banking, taxation, and trust services, he has become a key figure in BK Group's activities and operations.
His profound experience and immaculate sense of assessment has earned him great respect and awe from many.
Apart from co-founding BK Group, Hans' career includes ING Trust and NMB Bank NV.
Hans was born in Nigeria and has the Dutch nationality. He travels extensively, and has helped to develop and build the group's Caribbean and southern European practice.
Hans is native in Dutch, fluent in English, and has knowledge of several other languages, including French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish.

Gejo is a highly respected people manager and has built-up a quality team of professionals. He leads from the front and at the same time sets very high standards of ethics and hard work for others to follow.
Gejo's professional experience includes ING Bank, ING Trust, Ritfeld & Co Accountants, and Velthuysen Belastingadviseurs (tax consultants).
With BK Group since 2004, Gejo has fulfilled various positions. He joined the Executive Board in 2005, where he holds the de facto position of Chief Operating Officer (responsible for the day-to-day operations of the group).
Gejo also holds the independent position of Chief Compliance Officer (in charge of overseeing and managing corporate compliance and due diligence issues, ensuring that the group's entities comply with regulatory requirements, and that staff is meeting with internal policies and procedures).
Gejo was born in The Netherlands and has the Dutch nationality.
He is native in Dutch, fluent in English, and has knowledge of several other languages, including German and Spanish.
