


Hans is the mentor of BK Group, and has played a significant role in its substantial growth and rapid development. Backed by almost 30 years of vast experience in a myriad of subjects as accounting, banking, taxation, and trust services, he has become a key figure in BK Group's activities and operations.
His profound experience and immaculate sense of assessment has earned him great respect and awe from many.
Apart from co-founding BK Group, Hans' career includes ING Trust and NMB Bank.
Hans was born in Nigeria and has the Dutch nationality. He travels extensively, and has helped to develop and build the group's Caribbean and southern European practice.
Hans is native in Dutch, fluent in English, and has knowledge of several other languages, including French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish.

Ralph is a gifted personality with very high business acumen. His macro level of understanding of the market dynamics is one of the critical success factors of BK Group's sustainable growth since its inception.
Creating new avenues of growth for the group are foremost on Ralph's agenda; from 2008 to 2009 he has lived and worked in Asia, and as from mid-2009 he has been delegated to Scandinavia, to co-ordinate the group's activities in the region.
Ralph's employment portfolio includes ING Trust, HLB Schippers Accountants Fiscalisten Juristen (corporate law section), Van Diepen Van der Kroef Lenior Advocaten (attorneys-at-law), and Schenkeveld & Sluis Advocaten (attorneys-at-law).
Affiliations of Ralph include lecturing Dutch civil law at the Hogeschool van Amsterdam, Faculty for Economics & Information.
Ralph was born in The Netherlands and has the Dutch nationality. He has helped to develop and build the group's Asian and Nordic practice.
