BK Group further strengthened its commitment to the Caribbean with the opening (2006) of a branch in Curaçao, Netherlands Antilles: BK (Antilles) NV.

BK (Antilles) NV, registered with the Commercial Register of the Curaçao Chamber of Commerce & Industry, and managed by Gregory E. Elias and Viola J. Lispier-Chirino, operates as the group's service centre for the Caribbean, and as establishment in the Netherlands Antilles in general and in Curaçao in particular for trust services.

It maintains a fully-fledged office at a very well-known private estate in the picturesque surroundings of Willemstad, the capital of both Curaçao and the Netherlands Antilles, and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
